From small to large events, we can supply a suitable sound system for a meeting, conference or presentation.

We will advise on the most suitable microphones and can provide a lectern, projector, screen and record your event or even relay it to a remote location for live streaming for instance.

We use graphic equalisers to ensure that your sound is of the highest quality.

Projector & Tripod screen 

For presentations, we have a Hewlett Packard xb31 1500 lumens projector and 8ft tripod screen along with a Laptop / Projector stand.

We will assemble and configure the equipment and provide you with the projector user-guide.

Lectern 

We can supply a lectern with either single or dual microphones, or if you prefer, a simple music stand to hold your notes, which can often be quite adequate.

We will deliver and position the lectern as you require it.

LED 50″ screen / Trolley stand

We can supply a 50″ JVC LED screen and trolley stand with remote control.

The screen can display images from a computer or from remote locations where the image is captured on a video camera.

Casters enable the trolley stand be positioned easily.

Video transmission and recording

Using high-quality imaging cameras, we can transmit a live video signal with or without sound for distances up to 200 metres.

This can be useful for transmitting live events from one room to another.

The event can also be recorded onto your chosen media format.

Microphones

Microphones can be fixed on a stand, table-top, wireless handheld, headset or lapel microphones.
