Terms and Conditions

  • According to the size of system required, please ensure to allow us sufficient time to enter a venue and set up prior to the start time along with a similar, but shorter time allowance at the end. Set up time can be considerably reduced if access is good, carrying distances are short, and any other instructions clear and concise.
  • Please also consider the amount of space available and where equipment is to be located, especially if you are booking other entertainment.
  • All equipment that is used is checked prior to arrival & has been fully PAT tested for safety. We also carry full public liability insurance.
  • We reserve the right to refuse to continue any event should there be insufficient floor space, which would not allow the equipment to be assembled safely, or conditions which could make the final assembly unsafe. This also applies at the risk of working within wet or damp conditions at the location, which as a result may endanger the electrical safety regulations, or if the mains power requirements are insufficient or unsafe & do not comply with IEE regulations.
  • We reserve the right to substitute alternative equipment from that specified should uncontrollable circumstances on our part dictate the need to do so.
  • If we are linking our equipment within a fixed in-house audio system, we may reserve the right to refuse to do so if the equipment is considered by ourselves to be unsafe or liable to cause damage to any linked component.
  • The hirer / booker is responsible for any damage to equipment caused by any person at the event. You will be advised of any damage caused, and will be charged for the full cost of any repairs required.
  • We will not be responsible for any damage or loss to private or public property caused by invited guests or members of the public. We do not tolerate violent, aggressive or abusive behaviour from anyone under any circumstances. We also reserve the right to terminate our services at any time our personal safety is under threat.
  • In the event of fire, flooding, public disturbance, terrorist activity or any other threat to the public, we will not be responsible to help in any way or evacuate any venue or building where we are present and / or working within, unless the fire regulations for the venue specify otherwise. This would usually incur a vocal announcement.
  • All bookings should be taken on the understanding that the venue is in possession of the necessary entertainment license. We are not responsible if the venue is found to be in breach of the terms of their license.
  • We advise all who have booked well in advance to contact us more than 14 days prior to the event. This is to ensure that your plans have not changed & keeps us informed of any special instructions or last minute requirement.
  • Any cancellations or notified changes must be made at least 14 days prior to the date of the event. If we receive more than 7 but less than 14 days notice of cancellation, the hirer is liable to pay 50% of an agreed fee. If we receive less than 7 days notice of cancellation, the hirer is liable to pay the whole of an agreed fee.
  • Failed payment of any fees owed within 30 days after the date of the event will result in pending legal action.
  • We reserve the right to alter any or all of the above terms and conditions at any time.
